Before you write, two things save a day
- Size questions: every product page lists the dimensions we were given by the maker. Measure the space or the pet first and compare — the measurements are in the “Specifications” block.
- Where is my parcel: orders dispatch in 1–3 business days, then 7–15 days to the US and 10–20 days to the UK, Canada and Australia. The tracking link is emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
What to include in your message
- Order number (starts with #, in your confirmation email)
- The product page link, if the question is about a specific item
- For damaged or wrong items: a photo of the parcel label and the item, within 7 days of delivery
What we do not have
We are an online-only shop — no phone line and no walk-in address. Email is the fastest route and everything is answered in writing, so there is a record for both sides.
Returns
30 days on unused items in original packaging. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded — message us first, do not ship anything back before we authorise it.
